Payrate: $100.00 - $120.00/hr.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage OKRs, keep teams on track, and organize projects across the team.
  • Support tooling and automation for demos presented to executives
  • Conduct monthly service reviews with updates from various teams.
  • While no direct data work is required, understanding data tools like Tableau and SQL is a bonus.
  • Track projects across spaces without direct demo involvement.
  • TPM ensures milestones are met.
  • Focus on visualizing team progress and reporting to leadership on activities,
  • customer support, and innovation.
  • Strong emphasis on data analytics.
Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field (such as CS, CE, MIS, IT) is required MS, MBA,or other advanced degree(s) will be preferred
  • 8+ years experience as a hands-on technical project or program manager; formal
  • project trainings or certificates (like PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM) are highly desirable
  • Project & Program Management
  • Process Methodology: Well versed in principles and practice of various methodologies, including Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, Lean, and/or servant leadership
  • Execution: Hands-on experience in planning & tracking of OKRs and roadmaps, undertaking continuous process improvement, identifying and managing cross-functional stakeholders, and resolving conflicts to build consensus
  • Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with PPM tools like Asana, Jira

Must-Have Skills:
  • Project & Program Management Expertise ( high priority):
  • Strong experience (8+ years) in technical project/program management.
  • Proficiency in multiple methodologies: Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, Lean, servant leadership.
  • Hands-on skills in planning, tracking OKRs and roadmaps, conflict resolution, stakeholder management, and continuous process improvement.
  • Support Operations Experience:
  • Experience in IT operations, especially executive support services, client device MDM, supply chain management, and process optimization.
  • Data-driven decision making in operational contexts.
  • Data Analytics Exposure ( high priority):
  • Knowledge of SQL (Presto), data warehousing (Hive), data pipelines.
  • Ability to collect metrics, identify baselines, and use data visualization tools like Tableau.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $100.00 - $120.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
