LOCATION: 168 Third Avenue, Waltham, MA 02451
TITLE: Sr IT Architect
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
DUTIES: Design, develop and maintain WCM scalable solutions for Adobe AEM (Adobe Experience Manager - Version 6.5) platform.
Develop AEM solutions utilizing CRX/CRXDE, WCM, DAM, and Analytics tools.
Write clean, efficient and well-documented code using Java and J2EE programming language.
Create AEM components using HTL and Sling models.
Work with IT operations to resolve issues and maintain application availability and stability in production environments.
Understand the current technology landscape and business vision to define Adobe Target architecture for the digital platform.
Develop system-level design and detailed technical architecture documents.
Train and orient new software engineers as they join the team.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Adhere to Agile/Scrum methodologies, unit testing, source code and configuration management.
Travel: Up to 10% domestic and international travel required. Can work remotely or telecommute.
REQUIREMENTS: MINIMUM Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field of study. MINIMUM Experience Requirement: 10 years of IT, or related experience. Required knowledge or experience with: 8 years in architecting and developing scalable solutions for Adobe AEM (Adobe Experience Manager); 8 years in AEM workflows and customizations; 8 years of development experience in WCM, DAM, CRX, OSGi, Dispatcher; AEM Content and Assets migration, taxonomy and metadata management; AEM version upgrades including the latest versions; Developing AEM SSO solutions with OKTA; Selenium and Jenkins for AEM authoring environment automation and testing; AEM maintenance tasks like version purge, audit log purge, lucene binaries cleanup, and workflow purge; 8 years of code development in Java and J2EE programming language; 8 years in Spring, Hibernate, JPA, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL; 5 years in Kafka queue; 4 years in Agile/Scrum; GIT & JIRA; Maven build scripts; and Creating and managing pipelines and jobs for Jenkins.
Salary: $178131 to $189100 per year
Compensation and Benefits
The salary pay range estimated for this position Sr IT Architect based in Massachusetts is $178,131.00-$189,100.00.
