Third Party Risk Analyst

Location: Hybrid - 3 days on site, St Paul, MN
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9 AM - 5 PM
Pay Rate: $50-55/hr (W2, Contract Only - 3 months)

About the Role
We re seeking a Third Party Risk Analyst to support our client's TPRM (Third Party Risk Management) program during a high-volume period. You ll lead risk assessments, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with industry regulations all while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct new and periodic third-party risk assessments through research, interviews, and collaboration with internal SMEs.

  • Maintain vendor profiles and risk workspaces in NAVEX.

  • Collect up-to-date vendor information for onboarding and periodic reviews.

  • Perform front-end due diligence before onboarding new vendors or services.

  • Identify, communicate, and escalate third-party risks to stakeholders.

  • Review SOC reports, assessment questionnaires, BCPs, and financial reports.

  • Participate in special projects related to TPRM and risk mitigation.

  • Stay current on regulations from agencies like FFIEC, OCC, CFPB.

Qualifications
Must-Have: Experience conducting Third Party Risk Assessments
Strong verbal & written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
Project management skills - capable of juggling multiple assessments simultaneously.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred

  • 5+ years TPRM, compliance, legal, or fraud experience.

  • Financial services and/or insurance industry background.

  • Knowledge of TPRM best practices and risk quantification methodologies.

  • CTPRP certification (or willingness to pursue).
