Description

We are looking for a skilled UX/UI Designer with Industrial Design experience to contribute to a wide body of medical device products. This position involves collaborating with a lead designer and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative user interface designs. As part of a long-term contract, you will play a key role in enhancing user experiences through design systems and modern tools. This role is fully remote.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with lead designers to deliver engaging user interface designs for mobile and web applications.

Utilize design systems to ensure consistency and quality across projects.

Partner with portfolio marketing teams, software developers, and other stakeholders to align design objectives with business goals.

Develop and refine concepts using tools like Figma to create prototypes and visual designs.

Conduct research and user testing to gather insights and improve design solutions.

Apply fundamental UX/UI design principles to enhance usability and user satisfaction.

Contribute to the development of design thinking frameworks and methodologies.

Stay updated on the latest trends in UX/UI design and incorporate best practices into projects.

Support the software development process by providing design assets and guidance.

Assist in ensuring all designs adhere to industry standards and client requirements.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web application projects.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, especially Figma.
Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, design systems, and concept generation.
Familiarity with the software development process and its integration with design workflows.
Strong communication skills, including oral, written, and visual presentation abilities.
Knowledge of design thinking frameworks and methods.
Experience in conducting user testing and design research.
Prior experience in the medical field is a plus, but not mandatory.
