Job Description:

Position: Mobile Device Technician

Locations: Charlestown, MA

Rate: $25 - $30/hr based on experience

Duration: 3+ month contract, potential to extend or convert perm

Position Description:
  • Manage all aspects of mobile device procurement, including ordering, receiving, provisioning, system administration, and support services for end-user devices (phones and tablets) across all BILH entities and affiliates. This includes IT mobile device services for new hires, refresh, break/fix, device reclaims, asset inventory, asset quotes, and ordering.
  • Perform daily tasks such as creating MDM profiles, deploying shared device hardware, supporting BYOD, and providing hardware/software support and troubleshooting. This also involves moving hardware between various MDM configurations.
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of iOS and Android operating systems, hardware, software, and mobile device management suites.
  • Follow instructions effectively and be able to hit the ground running.
  • Interact respectfully with colleagues.

    Required Skills:
  • +1-2 years of experience working with mobile devices
  • Knowledge of Apple and Android devices
  • Experience with MDM
