Preferred Skills:
- Experience with HRIS systems (Human Resource Information Systems) with focus on end-to-end HR support, including payroll, benefits, compliance, and risk management.
- Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and experience with DevOps, CI/CD processes.
- Familiarity with front-end and back-end systems (e.g., databases, APIs).
Understanding data security and privacy standards applicable to client data in the PEO industry.
