Position Overview 

PruTech is seeking an experienced Salesforce Delivery Director who will work alongside our Technical Delivery Director to ensure successful client engagements and project delivery excellence. This role combines strategic leadership, client relationship management, and operational oversight to drive success across our Salesforce practice. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead and oversee multiple Salesforce implementation projects across various clients and industries 
  • Partner with the Technical Delivery Director to ensure seamless coordination between business and technical aspects of delivery 
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for client executives and maintain C-suite relationships 
  • Drive revenue growth through account expansion and identification of new opportunities 
  • Ensure project profitability and adherence to budgets across the portfolio 
  • Develop and implement delivery methodologies and best practices for the Salesforce practice 

Duties/Responsibilities 

  • Provide strategic oversight for all Salesforce engagements, ensuring alignment with client business objectives 
  • Collaborate with sales teams during the pre-sales process to scope engagements and develop realistic project plans 
  • Monitor portfolio health through KPIs, project dashboards, and regular governance reviews 
  • Manage resource allocation across multiple projects to optimize utilization and project success 
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations 
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies 
  • Participate in executive steering committees and present project status to senior leadership 
  • Ensure quality deliverables and client satisfaction across all engagements 
  • Manage escalations and work with teams to resolve critical issues 
  • Develop and track team certifications aligned with Salesforce partnership goals 
  • Oversee P&L management for the delivery portfolio 
  • Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts 

Required Skills/Abilities 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field 
  • 10+ years of experience in technology consulting and delivery management 
  • 6+ years of specific Salesforce ecosystem experience 
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale Salesforce implementations ($5M+ engagements) 
  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage with C-suite stakeholders 
  • Experience managing teams of 20+ professionals 
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce products including Service Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, Marketing Cloud, and Platform 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills 
  • Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience 
  • Ability to manage multiple complex engagements simultaneously 
  • Experience with Agile and traditional project management methodologies 
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills 
  • Ability to travel up to 15% as needed 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field 
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales/Service Consultant, or Architect) 
  • PMP, PgMP, or other project management certifications 
  • Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) solutions 
  • Background in specific industry verticals (Public Sector, Healthcare, Manufacturing) 
  • Experience building and scaling delivery practices 
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for Salesforce 
  • Experience with offshore/nearshore delivery models
