Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Entra ID Architect with extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our team in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and experience leading complex IAM implementations and migrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using Microsoft Entra ID and on-premises AD
• Configure and support SSO, OIDC, SAML, OAuth, and legacy access management protocols
• Customize claims, conditional access, and MFA capabilities
• Lead CIAM implementations, identity federation projects, and application migration initiatives
• Develop scripts using Shell, PowerShell, Perl, etc., to automate IAM-related tasks
• Collaborate with DevOps using tools like Docker, Jenkins, Bitbucket
• Support the onboarding of new applications into the IAM system
• Work with clients and internal teams to identify integration opportunities and requirements
• Configure Entra Connect for user and password sync
• Build dashboards aligned with business reporting needs
• Provide troubleshooting, support, and enhancements for identity services

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10 14 years of overall experience in IT
• 7+ years specifically in IAM implementation, design, and architecture
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and IAM lifecycle
• Proven experience in SSO, MFA, and access management architecture
• Hands-on with application onboarding and identity migration
• Strong understanding of directory services, fraud detection technologies, and identity federation
• Proficient in UNIX/Linux environments and scripting
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Experience generating IAM dashboards and reports
• Should have led at least 2 3 Entra ID implementations
• Familiarity with Identity Governance tools (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt) is a plus
• Exposure to development languages and minimal customization implementations preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 1 2 years of development experience in any programming language (preferred)
• Prior experience working with international clients
• Good knowledge of IAM testing practices and operational processes
• Leadership experience in technical teams
