Seeking a Process Designer to play a crucial role in optimizing business processes for technology implementation projects. This individual will be responsible for analyzing existing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and designing improved future-state processes that leverage new technologies to enhance performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Gathering business requirements and understanding performance metrics.
  • Mapping and analyzing current state processes to pinpoint pain points and root causes.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to design future-state processes and implement process controls.
  • Contributing to solution prototyping and testing, recommending fixes, and validating results.
  • Ensuring successful implementation of solutions, validating process improvements, and creating final process documentation demonstrating achieved benefits.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5-10 years of experience in process design.
  • Strong proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools (e.g., BPMN 2.0, Visio, Signavio).
  • Proven ability to analyze processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization techniques.
  • Experience in workflow design and optimization to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Competence in data analysis and interpretation for process performance measurement.
  • Familiarity with performance measurement and KPIs.
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification.

Desired skills include:
