Position: Oracle RMS Consultant
Location: Charlotte, NC - Remote

Duration: Long term Contract

JD:
Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS), Unix, PL/SQL, Shellscript ( Must posses good knowledge in Oracle RMS, RIB, ReSA, ReIM, RPM) II

Must have in Oracle RMS, RIB, ReSA, RelM, RPM & MATechnical Skill - Unix, PL/SQL, Shellscript Desirable Skills: Knowledge in RMS, _IDA, SQL and experience in Retail and Production Support

Point of contact for all production issues and operational support status of all global ecommerce sites including related internal and third-party applic and services that support the ecommerce platform.Should be able to perform Root cause analysis on the production job abends and provide fixes as p SLAs.Maintain operational documentation and knowledge base to streamline incident resolutionlog and track production issues and see them throu resolution.Works with client personnel to identify required changes and Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely m. Should have good communication skills and coordination skills to work in an on-site/off-shore model and communicate with Business users & Tec leadsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsContinually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationshipsWilling to work flexible hours, as needed, to hit project deadlines or address production issues
