Strong experience with ServiceNow enterprise architecture and data modeling
Ability to lead CI data governance, audit processes, and health monitoring
Experience aligning CMDB structure with Incident, Change, and Asset Management
Hands-on with middleware, security controls, and Now Platform performance tuning
