Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Data Management Strategy & Governance Advisor to lead daily operations and strategic initiatives related to Master Data Management (MDM) within our healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing production support, ensuring data quality, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance our MDM platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily operations for Producer Master Data Management (MDM) systems.
  • Review, prioritize, and remediate production support issues using ServiceNow (SNOW), ensuring compliance with best practices and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Oversee critical match and merge functionalities within the MDM tool to maintain data integrity.
  • Collaborate with Data Quality and Data Governance teams to align processes and standards.
  • Advise and partner with Engineering teams on issues such as data mappings, automation logic, code enhancements, and other technical challenges.
  • Execute and analyze Data Quality (DQ) reporting to monitor data health and suggest improvements.
  • Develop and recommend future-state roadmaps, including strategies for migrating to new MDM platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of [X] years experience in Master Data Management (MDM) within the healthcare industry.
  • Proficient in SQL for querying and managing databases.
  • Advanced knowledge of Databricks, Tableau, TOAD, JIRA, ServiceNow, and Reltio MDM tools.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and ticketing systems like JIRA and ServiceNow.
