Desktop Support Technician (Part-Time)
Location: Onsite in the Waukesha, WI area
Schedule: Flexible part-time (choose between 4 hrs/day, 5 days/week or 8 hrs/day, 2 days/week)
Hours: Must fall within Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
Travel: 2 weeks of paid training in Indianapolis

What You'll Do
- Provide hands-on desktop support for Windows and Mac environments
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and printer issues
- Assist with imaging, deployment, and migration tasks
- Support Active Directory and Office 365 environments
- Deliver excellent customer service and technical support
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve escalated issues
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in desktop support and troubleshooting
- Strong customer service mindset
- Familiarity with Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, and ticketing systems
- Bonus: Experience with Mac, Linux, printer support, or A+ certification
