Job Details
General Description:
Responsible for accurate, timely maintenance of critical provider information in provider databases
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Maintains critical provider information in provider databases
- Synchronizes data among multiple systems and application of business rules as they apply to each database
- Validates the data to be housed on provider databases and ensuring adherence to business and system requirements of customers as it pertains to contracting, network management and credentialing
Requires a H.S. diploma and a minimum of 3 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Project General Specifics:
Platform and process integration with Vendor partner for Provider/Roster Data deployment. Functions throughout the project will include:
- Business rules and process development
- Intake process development, management, and communication
o Develop plan for user adoption
- Data augmentation via Vendor partner
- Test and monitor deployment results
- Fallout review and remediation
- Enhance business rules and communicate with Vendor partner for coding
- End-User training
- Monitor and measure success of deployment, and plan next phases of product/enhancements
