Job Details

General Description:

Responsible for accurate, timely maintenance of critical provider information in provider databases

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintains critical provider information in provider databases
  • Synchronizes data among multiple systems and application of business rules as they apply to each database
  • Validates the data to be housed on provider databases and ensuring adherence to business and system requirements of customers as it pertains to contracting, network management and credentialing

Requires a H.S. diploma and a minimum of 3 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Project General Specifics:

Platform and process integration with Vendor partner for Provider/Roster Data deployment. Functions throughout the project will include:

  • Business rules and process development
  • Intake process development, management, and communication

o Develop plan for user adoption

  • Data augmentation via Vendor partner
  • Test and monitor deployment results
  • Fallout review and remediation
  • Enhance business rules and communicate with Vendor partner for coding
  • End-User training
  • Monitor and measure success of deployment, and plan next phases of product/enhancements
