Job Details
This role is Hybrid in Durham, NC - and will be leading a team of 3 to start. Since this role is new, we're open-minded to the direction this position grows into.
This will also interact with an offshore team in India that communicates with this org in the mornings, not after hours.
This position is focused ONLY on backend development, specifically for our admin system. This will be 30% hands-on coding, 50% architecture, and 20% working with business stakeholders to develop requirements. Over time, this can grow into more people management or technical management.
We run a .Net all things MS stack.
