It is a Coupa Support/Admin role however we need to target someone who is supporting it from an IT perspective.

Title: Coupa Support/Admin
Duration: 6+ months
Location: 4 days per week on site in Livingston NJ OR Sunnyvale CA
Need Bay Area or NJ-based IT Sys Admins with 4+ years of Coupa support experience (user management, config). Must come from an IT/Systems background, not P2P/Contracts with side admin duties.
Job description:
This role is a pure support function, primarily focused on triaging and user management as they stabilize the new system, after the major implementation.
The ideal candidate for this post-go-live environment should meet the following:
Experience: 4+ years of experience with Coupa
Basic triaging and troubleshooting.
Building and managing system workflows.
Managing a dedicated support queue.
Providing direct support to end-users.
Experience with the Coupa / NetSuite connection/integration preferred
ERP Knowledge: Possesses knowledge of an established ERP system such as Oracle SCM or SAP SRM.
Preferred Bonus: NetSuite experience is highly preferred.
This role requires being on-site 4 days a week in either Livingston, NJ or Sunnyvale, CA.
