Salesforce Developer

Salesforce Developer-In this role, you ll play a key part in designing, developing, and deploying custom Salesforce solutions within a large-scale enterprise environment. As a member of a collaborative team of Salesforce professionals, you ll report to the Solution Architect and work closely with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, and business stakeholders across the organization. Your focus will be on building and maintaining robust, scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and other Salesforce technologies to support complex business processes and drive strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce Development
• Experience developing solutions built on Salesforce Experience Cloud
• Platform Developer I Certification
• Extensive experience developing in Apex, LWC, and SOQL
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Troubleshooting and analysis of Apex code and LWCs
• Proven ability to implement Salesforce declarative tools (e.g., Flow, Validation Rules, Formula Fields)
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce data model and security model
• Experience working with managed packages and AppExchange tools
• Strong problem solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Platform App Builder or Platform Administrator Certifications
• Advanced Apex Specialist Superbadge
• Lightning Web Components Specialist Superbadge
• JavaScript Developer I
• Experience working in a SDLC and exposure to a DevOps process
• A trailhead profile with demonstrated training and learning experience
• Mid-Level Developer with Administrator experience
• Additional: Platform Developer II Certification or Javascript Developer I Certification
• Identity Management Integration Project
• This project focuses on the Salesforce side data modeling to support an integration to the centralized identity management system where Contact and Account data will be integrated and normalized. This work will also modify a complex access request process built on Salesforce Flow which will need to be modified to handle a new business process. Experience Cloud LWC development is also required for this project.
• 1 role: Mid-Level developer with Flow and LWC experience.
• Opportunity to Net Unit Growth Projects (multiple project priorities where this developer will be shared across)
• These projects will be cover topics like Apex HTTP/API integrations, Experience Cloud LWC development, custom approval process development.
