Job Title: PeopleSoft HCM Techno-Functional Consultant Public Sector
Location: Remote (Onsite presence required one day before onboarding for verification)

V2 Innovations Inc. is actively hiring an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Techno-Functional Consultant for a public-sector client engagement. This is a remote W2 contract opportunity requiring deep expertise in PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM), especially in testing, integration, and functional consulting. The ideal candidate will thrive in an Agile environment and bring a strong background in both technical and functional aspects of PeopleSoft HCM.
Key Responsibilities:-
Lead functional, system, and integration testing across PeopleSoft HCM/Payroll modules.

Design and execute test strategies, cases, and regression scripts aligned with Agile delivery.

Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams during sprints and Agile ceremonies.

Analyze and validate HR and payroll data, ensuring accuracy and system reliability.

Maintain detailed documentation including:

Test plans and execution results

Functional requirements
-
System change logs
-
Meeting minutes and status updates
-

Support enhancements, upgrades, and incident resolution processes.

Advise on public-sector HR/payroll processes, compliance, and regulatory standards.

Assist with system diagramming, user guides, and end-user training.

Mentor junior consultants and testers as needed.

8+ years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft HCM (Techno-Functional).

Deep understanding of HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor).

Strong experience in test case development, execution, and defect tracking.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including daily standups and sprint reviews.

Proven ability to analyze large datasets and perform complex data validation.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Minimum 5 years experience in incident resolution, reporting, and platform upgrades.

Prior experience with public-sector implementations of PeopleSoft HCM/Payroll.

Exposure to automated testing tools such as PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) or Selenium.

Experience with PeopleSoft reporting tools (e.g., PS/Query, BI Publisher).

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Work Arrangement: Remote (only one-time onsite visit required for onboarding verification).

Duration: Long-term W2 contract with extension potential.
