Media and Social Marketing Manager I
Location: Remote (U.S.) or offices in San Antonio, TX; Plano, TX; Phoenix, AZ; Colorado Springs, CO; Charlotte, NC; Chesapeake, VA; or Tampa, FL.
Contract Length: 12 months

We're looking for a Media and Social Marketing Manager to support the execution of paid media campaigns across channels like Paid Search and Social. This role helps ensure media strategies are effectively planned, bought, and optimized to support broader marketing goals.

What You'll Do:
- Support the planning and execution of digital, social, and traditional media campaigns.
- Work with internal teams and media agencies to align on strategy and execution.
- Help manage campaign budgets and timelines.
- Use tools like Jira and analytics platforms to track performance and optimize results.
- Communicate campaign goals and performance to stakeholders.
- Apply knowledge of social and digital marketing to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure all media efforts align with compliance and risk standards.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or communications.
- At least 2 years in digital or social marketing, campaign management, or related areas.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience with MS Office and understanding of omnichannel marketing.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads, SA360, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and analytics tools like Tableau or Adobe.
- Experience in insurance or financial services marketing.
- Familiarity with marketing attribution and testing in paid search.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Military background or connection is a plus.
