Job Details
Job Description:
- Advise business stakeholders on optimal utilization of the SAP system to meet operational goals.
- Prior experience with PP-PI and deep understanding of the Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry is required.
- Analyze current business processes within SAP Production Planning and Manufacturing Execution.
- Configure and maintain SAP S/4HANA modules, including Production Planning, Production Scheduling, Orchestration & Execution, and Quality Management, with proper documentation.
- Support data migration activities, including extraction, transformation, and cleansing of DTS master data (materials, BOMs, recipes, work centers), and collaborate with the MDG team.
- Design future-state business processes aligned with SAP DTS (Demand to Supply) global templates and industry best practices.
- Develop integrated process designs that connect DTS with Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Warehouse Management (WM/EWM) functions.
- Facilitate and lead SAP design workshops and blueprinting sessions.
- Assist in delivering end-user training and providing post-deployment support.
- Drive SAP project implementation by managing project tracks covering blueprinting, gap analysis, process design, testing strategies, cutover plans, training, and deployment.
- Provide ongoing system maintenance and functional support.
- Develop functional specifications for custom developments (interfaces, conversions, enhancements, reports/forms), and collaborate with the development team to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate and align with global teams on all system changes and deployments.
