EMPLOYEE ROLE
People Manager

At Adobe, we're changing the world. How? We give people the tools to bring their ideas to life and create content that makes life more fun and work more meaningful. We give businesses and organizations the power to truly engage their customers. We're the ones behind the gorgeously designed content that streams across your laptop, TV, phone, and tablet every day-and we're the ones who harness the massive power of big data to help companies move from data to insight and insight to action by delivering content that people crave most.

The Opportunity

We are applying innovative AI and ML technologies to power digital businesses, helping companies design and deliver personalized experiences to their customers.

Customer AI in Adobe Real-time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP) and Adobe Mix Modeler (AMM) are two notable examples. Customer AI enables marketers to generate individual level scores for a specific outcome such as conversions or churn. Customer AI predictions and insights enable personalizing customer experiences by serving the most appropriate offers and messaging. AMM is bringing measurement and planning together using both a bottom-up and top-down machine learning service framework. With AMM, customers can now forecast, focus, and target resources for future campaigns more effectively.

We are looking for an exceptional leader to evolve our strategy and execution of applying AI/ML technologies across various areas, including personalization, measurement, and planning.

  • Create an engineering culture that supports innovation and creativity while delivering high quality products with predictability and reliability.
  • Handle project scope and risks with data, analytics and creative problem solving.
  • Ensure engineering excellence and rigor in architecture, execution, and delivery.
