Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements in automotive-related projects.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to define functional and technical needs.

  • Prepare BRD, FRD, and process documentation.

  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and business teams to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Conduct requirement workshops and sprint reviews in Agile environments.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

  • Strong exposure to the Automotive industry (manufacturing, OEM, or Tier-1 supplier).

  • Hands-on experience with Agile, JIRA, Confluence, and documentation best practices.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with ERP / MES / PLM systems in automotive environments.

  • Exposure to connected car, EV, or telematics systems.
