What You'll Do
- Refine and scope technical requirements aligned with business goals.
- Customize Salesforce with Apex, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, flows, validation rules, and more.
- Maintain and enhance Salesforce security (users, roles, permission sets, sharing rules).
- Ensure data integrity through deduplication, cleansing, and updates using tools like Data Loader.
- Evaluate Salesforce releases and implement critical updates across multiple orgs.
- Support users across all levels with troubleshooting, training, and documentation.
- Lead change management and deployment processes using Salesforce CLI and Bash scripting in a Linux environment.
- Research and recommend AppExchange solutions and best practices for platform optimization.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (development + administration).
- Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows.
- Strong experience with permission sets, profiles, roles, and security governance.
- Skilled in managing deployments and sandbox refreshes.
- Experience transitioning from Classic to Lightning.
- Ability to create and present technical documentation to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange and architecture best practices.
