Description
Client is signing into a new credit card partnership with a large small business credit card provider; the project name is Project Peru. The card provider has not yet been announced, but it is a large and well-known provider with over 1 million users. This position will specifically sit on the conversions team in ICS which is the credit card group.

Qualifications:
- DB2, COBOL, JCL, code within mainframe
- Mainframe API is a bonus (half of the positions will be supporting the front end/API team)
- Development in conversion architecture, specifically understanding ETL Methodology as conversion architecture is centered around this
- Must be a self starting, someone who can take direction and run with things on their own after reviewing designs. Must be able to vocalize concerns and bring things up/take initiative. Not a significant amount of architecture support, so this person will have to be able to speak up when needed.
- Mainframe Skills- COBOL, VSAM & JCL
- Mainframe Tools- Easytrieve, SORT Utilities, ICTOOL
- Designs develop, installs, tests, and documents complex applications software at client product installations. Contributes to the design and delivery of technical architecture solution components.
- Experience working with software design, software development life cycle, and development methodologies and implementation
- Responsible for JCL, programming, testing, conversion monitoring and verification.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
