Job Title: OneTrust Tech Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior OneTrust Consultant with a strong background in Privacy Automation, Data Governance, and Regulatory Compliance to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing OneTrust implementation projects across enterprise environments. This role demands a deep technical understanding of OneTrust modules, including AI-powered Data Governance, Privacy Automation, Consent Management, and Assessment Automation, coupled with hands-on expertise in aligning these solutions with privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, HIPAA, and other global data protection laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end OneTrust Privacy Automation and AI & Data Governance product implementations for enterprise clients.
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into technical OneTrust solutions and implementation roadmaps.
- Configure and optimize OneTrust modules including Data Mapping, Consent & Preference Management, Assessment Automation, Vendor Risk Management, and Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) automation.
- Integrate OneTrust with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) using REST APIs and data connectors.
- Develop and maintain data governance frameworks, data catalogs, and metadata management practices using OneTrust AI Governance.
- Provide technical leadership on data classification, discovery, and data quality initiatives ensuring alignment with data privacy obligations.
- Collaborate with internal privacy, security, compliance, and legal teams to operationalize and automate regulatory processes using OneTrust.
- Deliver technical documentation, configuration guides, user training, and knowledge transfer sessions for client teams.
- Stay updated on emerging privacy regulations and best practices, proactively advising clients on potential platform enhancements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of overall IT experience with at least 3-5 years hands-on in OneTrust Privacy Automation and Data Governance implementations.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple OneTrust deployment projects in enterprise settings.
- Expertise in GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and other global privacy frameworks.
- Strong domain knowledge in Data Governance, Data Quality Management, Metadata Management, and Data Protection.
- Experience configuring OneTrust's AI Data Discovery, AI Data Governance, Data Mapping, Consent Management, and Privacy Rights Automation modules.
- Proficient in API integrations, RESTful services, and working knowledge of data security protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- OneTrust certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
