Job Description:
- 8–12+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Expertise in ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow data models and CMDB architecture.
- Experience with MID Server, integrations, and enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
