Job Details
Account Director (Sales Engineer) for Randstad Digital, LLC. Multiple openings. Work Location: San Jose, CA. Develop proposals and sales contracts for customer requirements, solutions, services, and interactions. Plan technical product configurations and presentations, prepare sales materials, reports and plans. Confer with buyers, and review industry best practices, market and digital strategies, budgets, organizational alignment in connection with strategic commercial objectives. Collaborate with Client Partner on global account plan, provide strategic overlay for GP growth, and analyze market share, customer behavior to uncover business prospects, platform channel strategy. Identify collaboration opportunities for market reach, leverage data analytics and integrity, market insights to align service offerings for solutions, and partner with AM team for advisory, project, or outcome-based solutions. Deliver competitor analysis, assess risk, ensure customer satisfaction across revenue portfolios, expand revenue horizontally within accounts. Analyze and/or work with IT applications and solutions including Salesforce, Sharepoint, TFS, AngualrJS, C, C++, C#, Python, JavaScript, HTML XML, Git, Azure, AWS. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, Industrial/IT Management, or a related quantitative field, and 2 years experience in the proffered position or as a Sales Engineer, Technical Marketing Engineer, Engineer, Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have 2 years of experience developing proposals for customer requirements; working with IT solutions and services; planning and creating presentations and sales materials; reviewing industry best practices, market and digital strategies, and data integrity; creating account plans; analyzing and/or working with applications and solutions such as Salesforce, Sharepoint, TFS, AngualrJS, C, C++, C#, Python, JavaScript, HTML XML, Git, Azure, AWS.
