About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Participate in the planning, development, and implementation of software engineering deliverables.
- Analyze and resolve moderately complex technical issues, applying sound judgment and a deep understanding of engineering principles.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client teams to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering practices, tools, and processes.
- Review and maintain technical documentation to support knowledge sharing and operational excellence.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering or a related field, demonstrated through professional experience, consulting, military service, or education.
- Proficiency in the following technologies:
- .NET Framework
- ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
- SQL Server
- SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
