Job Title: UKG Pro WFM Scheduling Lead
Work Location: Seattle, 1191 2nd Avenue, Seattle WA (Remote)

Industry experience: Yes, candidate must have UKG Advanced Scheduling experience in Retail. They will be leading a junior team and will be relied on for support in addition to their application development role.
Job description:
- Knowledgeable in Optimized Scheduling including machine learning and schedule generation strategies.
- Knowledgeable in volume and labor forecasting within Advanced Scheduling
- Provide clear technical guidance to team and end users
- Document technical solutions and maintain support knowledge base.
- Collaborate with site leaders to resolve and enhance Adv Scheduling module
- Estimate, organize and lead workstream deliverables
