Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $50.00 - $55.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Fulltime employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborative Design: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop intuitive user interfaces that enhance the Dash Cart experience.
- User-Centered Approach: Dive deep into customer pain points, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data to inform and iterate on design solutions.
- Prototype Development: Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Design Systems: Define user interactions, information architecture, and visual language, introducing improved design patterns and systems.
- Research Partnership: Collaborate with UX researchers to formulate and execute generative and evaluative studies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Clearly and persuasively present complex design concepts and decisions to diverse audiences.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in UX design, with a focus on UI design for digital products.
- Proficiency in Figma for prototyping and design.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on logical thinking and adaptability.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing for hardware-software integrated products, particularly in retail or consumer electronics.
- Understanding of UI-sensor interactions and the ability to design intuitive interfaces for both store associates and customers.
- Proven track record of taking ownership of features and following through on design iterations.
