Triage Software Engineer with Japanese Fluency

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Triage Software Engineer with Japanese Fluency to perform high-level defect analysis and ensure efficient issue resolution in the Automotive Infotainment domain. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with development teams, product owners, and stakeholders to triage defects, track issues to closure, and provide actionable reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform defect triage, distinguishing environmental, IVI, and server-side issues and assigning defects to the correct queue (HU, Server, Tier1, Tier2).
Monitor defect dashboards, drive triage calls, and ensure timely closure of issues.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Evaluation, and Development teams to clarify and resolve defects.
Create dashboards, reports, and summarizations for management and stakeholders.
Support continuous improvement of triage processes and defect tracking.
Must Have Skills:
Fluency in Japanese (spoken and written)
Strong triage and defect analysis experience
Experience in the Automotive Infotainment domain
Nice to Have Skills:
Exposure to Telematics systems
Additional Japanese technical communication skills
