Role Lead AEM Consultant

Location - Cincinnati, OH (5 days Onsite)

Duration 6 Months C2H

Job Description:

1. Lead the design, development, and implementation of AEM-based solutions.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality digital experiences.
3. Should have experience in converting project requirements into expected outputs.
4. Design, develop and maintain core and custom components, templates, and workflows in AEM.
5. Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support.
6. Stay updated with the latest AEM features, best practices, and industry trends.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AEM implementations.
8. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
9. Utilizing AEM Cloud Manager for continuous integration and deployment.
10. Should be able to develop solutions using AEM building blocks including templates, components, sling models, OSGI services.
11. Good understanding of AEM technology stack includes CQ, Sling, OSGI, JCR, OAK.
12. Design, develop and implement AEM on prim / AMS / AEMaaCS solutions, ensuring high performance and scalability.
13. Should be able to design project by considering modularization, performance, etc.
14. Should be having experience in integration with elastic search, algolia, solr or any other search engine.
15. Should have used Content fragment, Experience fragment in projects.
16. Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AMS.
17. Configure and manage AEM Dispatcher for caching, load balancing, and security purposes.
18. Good understanding on UI technologies like Query, Java Script, HTML 5, CSS.
19. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD.
20. Should have worked on AEM migration projects.
