Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled FEA Engineer with strong CFD experience to join a high-impact team supporting the virtual product validation of earth-moving and mining equipment for Caterpillar. This role is primarily onsite in Tucson, Arizona, with responsibilities including simulation modeling, analysis, and result-driven design recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:-
Perform FEA and CFD simulations to support product validation for heavy machinery.

Co-ordinate offshore simulation activities with technical leadership support.

Define loads and boundary conditions, solve simulation models, and perform debugging.

Analyze results, propose new design improvements based on simulation insights.

Prepare technical reports and present findings to internal teams and customers.

5 8 years of experience in FEA and CFD simulations for automotive, construction, or mining industries.
