"Expert Knowledge: Provide specialized insights in customer service and service order management.
Technical Support: Resolve customer issues and provide functional support.
Documentation: Assist with project documentation and training materials.

Minimum 3+ years of experience working with Customer/1 and Customer Information Systems (CIS)
  • Experience with Customer/1 and Customer Information Systems (CIS) to architect, design, code, and implement modifications to a CIS Customer/1 System (CSS) to support multiple project implementations and maintenance of the Customer/1 application (CSS)
  • Update/Create technical and detailed functional design and architecture specifications for new programs and changes to existing programs
  • Provide Customer/1 CIS knowledge to design and code modifications to the CIS Customer/1 System (CSS)
