Assembly Packer

Staffmark is excited to announce a new opportunity for an Assembly Packer position in Tipp City, OH. We're seeking a candidate with 2-3 years of experience. Our client specializes in engineering and manufacturing services and is looking for a motivated individual to join their diverse team. Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6am - 4pm

Pay Rate: $18 - $19/hr. (Based on skills)



Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical components and sub-assemblies using hand tools and technical drawings.


• Perform quality checks to ensure proper fit, function, and finish.


• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.


• Troubleshoot and rework defective parts or assemblies as needed.


• Package and label finished goods per company and customer requirements.


• Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate with the shipping department.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus.


• Must have 2-3 years of experience in mechanical assembly, packaging, or related field preferred.


• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and instructions.


• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.


• Basic computer skills for labeling and documentation.


• Manual dexterity and safe use of hand/power tools.


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
