A recognized services company in Colorado is actively seeking an experienced Technical Specialist to collaborate with public and private partners to create cutting-edge cybersecurity guidance and reports. This role offers a unique opportunity to network with top security specialists from various organizations within a dynamic public-private intelligence fusion center.


About the Opportunity:



  • Setting: Hybrid (at least 3 days a week onsite in Golden, Colorado

Responsibilities



  • Provide expert guidance to shape and strengthen the threat management strategy

  • Develop cyber threat intelligence (CTI) awareness, investigation, and remediation reports

  • Develop threat hunting packages and track remediations for findings

  • Update CTI metrics and dashboards

  • Work with external CTI stakeholders and provide analysis on industry direction

  • Attend external CTI events

  • Provide guidance and training to Junior Analysts

  • Stay current with CTI developments and trends

  • Perform other duties, as needed


Qualifications:



  • 6+ years of related work experience

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, and/or a related field

  • Top Secret Security clearance or eligible

  • Previous experience with Cybersecurity experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work within tight timeframes and meet strict deadlines

  • Driver's License required


Desired Skills:



  • Previous senior-level experience with Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI)

  • Strong knowledge of Operational Technology (OT), Utilities, and/or Industrial Control systems

  • Microsoft Office proficient (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
