Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer (Node.js + Angular)

Location: Boston, MA and Westlake, TX (Hybrid) Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Node.js and Angular to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will work on developing and maintaining enterprise-level applications, participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle, and contributing to both backend and frontend initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, and Angular.
Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and design patterns.
Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with various external systems and services.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the stack.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives).
Ensure the security, performance, and responsiveness of applications.
Contribute to code reviews and mentor junior developers when necessary.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in full stack development.
Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
Proficiency in Node.js for backend services and API development.
Solid experience with Angular (v10 or higher) for frontend development.
Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Maven, or Gradle.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and microservices architecture.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience in the financial services or insurance industry is a plus.
Knowledge of automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Jasmine, Karma, etc.).
