Job Title: AI Engineer Chatbot & Automation
We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with strong hands-on skills in building chatbots, conversational AI, and intelligent automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have practical experience working with LLMs, NLP frameworks, and integration of AI models into enterprise workflows.

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with strong hands-on skills in building chatbots, conversational AI, and intelligent automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have practical experience working with LLMs, NLP frameworks, and integration of AI models into enterprise workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants.
- Develop NLP pipelines including intent classification, entity extraction, embeddings, and generative responses.
- Integrate chatbots with enterprise applications using REST APIs, webhooks, and microservices.
- Fine-tune or prompt-engineer LLM models such as GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.
- Build automation workflows for customer support, internal tools, and self-service applications.
- Work with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) for AI model hosting.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Monitor model performance, accuracy, and improve through continuous training & tuning.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance standards.
Required Skills
- 5 7+ years overall IT experience; 3+ years dedicated AI/ML or chatbot development.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Python
- LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA, etc.)
- NLP frameworks (spaCy, HuggingFace Transformers)
- Chatbot platforms (Rasa, Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, Microsoft Bot Framework)
- Experience with API integrations, microservices, and automation.
- Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and model fine-tuning.
- Experience deploying models in AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong SQL knowledge (for context retrieval, metadata storage).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in remote environments.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Snowflake, Airflow, or Databricks.
- Experience building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
- UI/UX understanding for chatbot conversational flow design.
- Experience with Anthem/healthcare domain.
