NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Claims Processor to join our team in Chicago, IL
Role Responsibilities
- Process and adjudicate health, dental, and vision insurance claims with precision and efficiency
- Perform quality assurance reviews of auto-adjudicated claims to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement
- Analyze claim documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with plan benefits
- Collaborate with our technology team to identify patterns and opportunities for automation
- Share claims processing expertise with team members and contribute to knowledge base development
- Document best practices and unusual case resolutions that inform our AI systems
- Participate in the continuous improvement of our claims processing workflows
- Break down complex decision-making into clear, logical steps that can inform automation strategies
Required Skills/Experience
- 5+ years of health insurance claims processing including experience working with complex claims
- 5+ years of experience working with billing codes, plan coverages, coordination of benefits
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferences
- Background in benefits administration or medical billing
- History of implementing process improvements in claims operations
- Experience with multiple claims processing software systems
- Strong proficiency with spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets)
- Track record of effective knowledge transfer and documentation
- Experience creating detailed process documentation
- Interest in AI and its applications in healthcare and insurance Benefits

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($20 - $24/hourly ). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
