Part Master Management (PDM) Consultant

A leading company is currently seeking a skilled Product Data Management (PDM) Consultant to join their remote team. This role involves implementing and managing PDM solutions to enhance business efficiency and drive success.

About the Opportunity:

• Hybrid or Remote: Remote with 10-15% travel to client site - fully covered by client


• Shift: Flexible


• Schedule: Full-time


• Hours: 40 hours per week


• Setting: Remote with periodic on-site visits

Responsibilities:

• Partnering with project management to integrate SolidWorks, CADLink, and Epicor.


• Supporting change management and communication across engineering, sales, and product management.


• Designing and standardizing part numbering schemas.


• Classifying parts with meaningful attributes and establishing Epicor item master mapping.


• Managing bi-directional CADLink processes for data synchronization between CAD and Epicor.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in part number design or management in manufacturing/engineering.


• Strong experience with Epicor ERP and PLM/ECN processes.


• Hands-on experience with SolidWorks and AutoCAD, and managing Epicor-CADLink integrations.


• In-depth understanding of CADLink features and ERP data translation.


• Excellent communication and training skills.
