Job Title: Enterprise Engineer

Location: Remote
Job Type: Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Engineer with deep expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), specifically in the Order to Cash (OTC) modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting technical solutions involving SQL/PLSQL, RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions), and other Oracle EBS development tools. Experience or exposure to Zuora billing systems is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and design robust technical solutions within Oracle EBS OTC modules (Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Shipping, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain custom components using SQL, PLSQL, and RICE objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions).
  • Support and troubleshoot Oracle EBS OTC issues, ensuring business continuity and operational stability.
  • Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and other technical teams to deliver enhancements and support activities.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for technical specifications and solution designs.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment processes.
  • (Optional) Integrate or support billing processes involving Zuora if applicable.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for Oracle databases.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and managing RICE objects.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to Zuora billing platform.
  • Experience with Oracle Workflow and Oracle Forms/Reports.
  • Familiarity with integrations between Oracle EBS and other ERP/CRM platforms.

Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
