Outline of the Role

We are looking to hire a dynamic Junior Project Manager / Scrum Lead to perform as Scrum Master for 2 3 teams and collaborate with business stakeholders on processes and procedures. The ideal candidate should have 3 5 years of experience in Agile environments.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as Scrum Master for 2 3 scrum teams.

  • Coordinate sprints and ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).

  • Coach teams in the Scrum framework, self-management, and cross-functionality.

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration using JIRA, Confluence, and MS Teams.

  • Partner with product owners and business analysts to maintain a prioritized backlog covering 2 3 sprints.

  • Remove impediments to team progress and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards each sprint.

  • Track and report key performance metrics.

  • Support quarterly planning processes.

  • Promote Scrum best practices and mentor teams to improve maturity.

  • Manage conflict resolution within teams.

  • Develop and maintain process documentation.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required

  • Scrum Master experience (3 5 years) in an Agile environment.

  • Coaching multiple teams in Scrum practices and cross-functionality (3 5 years).

  • Hands-on knowledge of JIRA and Confluence (3 5 years).

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Project Management, or related field.

  • Strong knowledge of Scrum framework, artifacts, and Agile processes.

  • Ability to coordinate multiple teams concurrently.

  • Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Development teams.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); MS Teams preferred.

  • Scrum Master and/or PMP certification is a plus.
