Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically Employee Central Payroll (ECP). This role is responsible for supporting payroll operations, optimizing system configurations, and managing integrations across internal and external systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep functional and technical knowledge of SuccessFactors, payroll processes, and middleware platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical and functional support for SAP SuccessFactors Payroll, including configuration updates, troubleshooting, and testing.
Review, modify, and enhance existing Employee Central Payroll configurations.
Configure payroll rules, pay components, wage types, and deduction models.
Manage annual compensation processes such as merit cycles, bonus payouts, and salary adjustments.
Support performance review cycles to ensure proper alignment with payroll workflows.
Onboard new payroll vendors and configure related system components.
Maintain and manage integrations between SuccessFactors and third-party systems (finance, time tracking, benefits, etc.).
Work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and system reliability.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration jobs using middleware tools such as SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, or equivalent.
Participate in system upgrades, regression testing, feature deployments, and enhancement projects.
Document configuration changes, integration flows, and technical processes.
Support audit activities and ensure compliance with internal controls and data-exchange standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
Knowledge of payroll configuration, rules, pay components, and compliance requirements.
Experience with integration tools such as SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, or similar middleware.
Familiarity with compensation cycles and performance management processes.
Ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and collaborate across technical and functional teams.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
