Job Title: Sr Project Manager
Location: Metro Atlanta, GA (On-site required)

- CSM (Scrum Alliance) and/or PMI-ACP Required
Job Description:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate project activities across business and IT initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resources, and budgets.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
- Oversee communication management and stakeholder reporting.
- Drive quality management and ensure project deliverables meet acceptance criteria.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate third-party deliverables.
- Facilitate business requirements gathering and documentation.
- Oversee the full SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) and testing processes.
- Track project progress using standard PM tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, and Visio.
- Manage and mentor teams (10+ members) across multiple delivery methodologies Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall.
- Ensure full lifecycle project management from initiation through deployment and warranty.
- Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-level software solutions.
