JOB DESCRIPTION:
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Playwright, Jira, GITHUB, JUNIT, qTest, etc.
- Proven experience in developing and driving QA strategy with a strong focus on automation including the ability to architect scalable testing frameworks and lead their implementation.
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools and their practical application in QA, balanced with traditional testing methods.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to lead cross-functional alignment on quality initiatives.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and CI/CD integration.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective QA solutions leveraging automation and AI where appropriate with a hands-on approach to execution and a bias toward actions.
