Location: Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented ERP Data Analyst / BI Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data from ERP systems, generating actionable insights, and supporting business decision-making through advanced reporting and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from ERP systems and other data sources.
  • Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business operations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into data models and dashboards.
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and ensure data accuracy and consistency within ERP systems.
  • Monitor ERP system data for anomalies, trends, and areas for process improvement.
  • Develop and maintain KPI reports, ad-hoc queries, and predictive analytics models.
  • Assist in ERP system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new modules or features.
  • Provide technical support and training to business users for ERP and BI tools.
  • Stay updated on best practices in BI, analytics, and ERP technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in ERP data analysis (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar).
  • Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or SAP BO.
  • Advanced SQL and data querying skills.
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and macros.
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and relational databases.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with ERP implementation or upgrade projects.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, R, or similar) for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based ERP solutions and analytics platforms.
  • Understanding of business processes across finance, supply chain, and operations.
