Position Title: AI/ML Lead with AWS Bedrock

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Lead with hands-on expertise in AWS Bedrock to design, develop, and deploy generative AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will lead AI initiatives, integrate Bedrock services, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation using

large language models (LLMs) and machine learning frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end AI/ML solution development using AWS Bedrock and SageMaker.
• Develop and fine-tune LLMs and generative AI models for business use cases.
• Design scalable ML pipelines, ensuring performance, cost optimization, and security.
• Collaborate with data engineering and DevOps teams for MLOps implementation.
• Evaluate and integrate foundation models (e.g., Anthropic Claude, Amazon Titan, Cohere, Stability AI).
• Implement prompt engineering and model evaluation frameworks.
• Lead POCs (Proof of Concepts) for new AI-driven solutions and guide AI adoption strategy.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
• Mentor junior data scientists and ML engineers.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise with AWS AI/ML services Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, Glue, Step Functions, S3, IAM.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, NLP, and Generative AI concepts.
• Experience in Python, PyTorch, or Tensorflow.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and embedding techniques.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kabbelow, Sagemaker Pipelines).
• Strong grasp of data preprocessing, model training, and deployment on AWS.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty (or equivalent certification).
• Experience with LangChain, Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, OpenSearch), or RAG architectures.
• Prior experience leading AI transformation projects in production environments.
• Hands-on with Bedrock API integrations for chatbots, summarization, and content generation.
