Job Details
Your Role
We are looking for UX/UI Designer with strong drive towards user experience best practices and an eye for aesthetic details and polish who can systematically design the first market facing product of a new aging care experience.
What You Will Be Doing
• Craft innovative, elegant, and useable digital interfaces (multi-platform) that support user needs and business goals
• Illustrate design ideas using sketches, storyboards, process flows, sitemaps, and wireframes
• Figma expertise – components, auto layouts, prototypes, style guides, etc.
• Work with product owners, partners, and engineering throughout the process, from ideation to ramping, to ensure a refined product deliverable
• Create robust design systems and interaction paradigms that support user needs and goals
• Design to stakeholders and product owners
• Engage in user testing and design research to help gather insights that inspire future evolutions of the product
Must Have/What You Bring
• 2-4 years strong user experience design (digital) portfolio
• You have a sensibility for clear and elegant typography and an instinct for motion design
• Experience with design research / user testing
• You love creating design systems, and are energized to create an effective and sharp product
• Clear communicator of your ideas—through your designs, to end users and team members
• Sharp eye for pixel perfection and find joy in minding the details
• Self-starter who is inspired by collaboration with your team
• Passionate about designing in the care and health sectors
Nice to Have
• Ability to operate in an entrepreneurial environment
• Basic understanding of front-end engineering helps you design and collaborate with developers closely
• Bachelor's degree in Design/Fine Arts, Psychology, Communication, Interaction Design, English, Computer Science, or related field
• Highly collaborative, results driven, team player
