Role Name: ServiceNow - Tools Architect

Location: Fort Mill, South Carolina USA (Onsite)

 

Job Summary
The ServiceNow Tools Architect will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-level IT Operations Management (ITOM) and observability solutions. This role drives AIOps and automation initiatives across hybrid environments while ensuring CMDB accuracy, effective CI mapping, and operational excellence. The architect will collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, data-driven IT operations.\

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM architecture

  • Strong expertise in CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CSDM

  • Hands-on experience with Dynatrace (Must), SolarWinds, AlertSite, and observability platforms

  • Solid understanding of ITIL, ITSM, and Change Management

  • ServiceNow and/or Observability tool certifications preferred

Tools Ecosystem

  • Dynatrace: Application & infrastructure monitoring, anomaly detection

  • SolarWinds Orion/DPA: Network & database monitoring

  • AlertSite: Synthetic monitoring

  • ServiceNow ITOM: Discovery, orchestration, event management

  • CMDB & CSDM: Service and configuration data governance

  • LiveNX, ELK, CloudWatch: Supplemental observability tools
