About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) Planner to join a collaborative and diverse team at Foxboro manufacturing facility. This role supports customer order management, planning, and coordination across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities
Process and assign customer order entries through Salesforce.
Interpret customer requests and route appropriately.
Serve as a liaison between customers, manufacturing, sales, distribution, and field service teams.
Manage customer inquiries and complaints, including order status, billing, delivery, and production updates.
Perform order error corrections, processing, and maintenance for order-based and proposal-based transactions.
Provide product information, including technical details when required.
Coordinate product selection, order placement, delivery schedules, and expediting.
Maintain accurate records in SAP, Salesforce, Quote-to-Cash, and other business systems.
Proactively resolve customer issues to strengthen client relationships.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative culture.
Qualifications
No degree required; relevant experience preferred.
Experience with Salesforce and SAP strongly preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.
Strong mediation, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
Fast learner with growth mindset and interest in career development.
Flexibility to travel periodically for training opportunities.
